Rags Ragland was the founder of RAGS Mercedes Club llc (established in Kailua Kona, Hawaii on August 8,1988) Rags now operates; RAGS Classic Car Club llc in Sagle, Idaho on the other side of the 2 mile long bridge, heading south from the small town of Sandpoint, Idaho. The Car Club is located right on the water off Bottle Bay road and has been compared with Henery Fonda's 'On Golden Pond' by the Mercedes Members and patrons.
